Taylor Sam’s was founded by Scott Spivak, our Executive Chef, and his wife Dawn. With a passion for real cooking and genuine hospitality, they’ve always wanted this place to be more than just a restaurant. It’s a home away from home for our guests, where the food is always fresh, the coffee is always hot, and you’ll always be treated like family.
Our Story
Taylor Sam’s started with a simple dream to cook from scratch, serve with love, and create a welcoming space for everyone. What began in a small kitchen has grown into a beloved local spot that people can’t get enough of, and we are incredibly grateful for that. With locations in Brick, Bay Head, and St. Petersburg, we’re lucky to have built a community of regulars who feel like family and guests who are always welcome back.
Every location has its own vibe, but they all share the same goal of bringing people together with food made to be enjoyed, coffee that invites you to stay awhile, and a space that brings the community together.
